Worldwide Shipping!

International Customers: Kung Fu Records is not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees you may encounter.

Shipping Times: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, customers receive a “Order Complete” email.
Shipping Rates:
Note: Shipping is currently only available for USA, Canada and select European countries.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be for your order.
Turnaround:
• All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (Pacific Standard Time).
• Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery time on U.S.A. orders.
• Delivery times for Canada and select European/International countries may differ from 3-6 weeks.
Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that not all shipping carriers provide tracking numbers.
Return Policy
RETURN POLICY

General Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the package delivery date. However, please note that returns are applicable to most, but not all, products sold by our store.

Exclusions: All signed items, including but not limited to CDs, Vinyl, Posters, and similar merchandise, are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our "Signed Items Return Policy" for more details. Accompanying download codes cannot be cancelled nor refunded, therefore we will subtract the cost of the download album from your refund amount.


Return Conditions: All returned items must be in the original condition as received. For music/film media (CDs, Cassettes, DVDs, Blu-Rays, Vinyl records) the package needs to be unopened. Clothing items such as shirts and hoodies can be opened but must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [store@cleorecs.com] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.

USA Customers: We will provide a return shipping label. Once you receive the return label, you have 15 days to send the product back to us. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, the return request may be voided.
International Customers: Please contact us for an alternative resolution. Note that you may be required to return the product at your own expense.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of the return approval.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 15 days of the delivery date.

Report Process: Contact us at [store@cleorecs.com] with your order number, a description of the damage, and supporting photographic or video evidence.

Resolution: Upon confirmation of the damage:

Return Approval: We will either approve a return for the damaged item or offer another solution.
Timeframe for Return: If a return is approved, you have 15 days from the date of approval to send the damaged product back to us. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, the request to return the damaged item may be voided.
Refund or Replacement: Depending on the specific circumstances and your preference, we will either replace the item or offer a refund upon receipt and verification of the returned damaged product.
Exclusion: As with returns and exchanges, all signed items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return due to damage. However, if a signed item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a specific resolution.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process within 15 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Conditions: For music media, the package must be unopened to be eligible for an exchange. Clothing items can be exchanged even if opened, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchange Process:To request an exchange, contact us at [store@cleorecs.com] with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label for the return.
Timeframe for Return: After receiving approval and any necessary shipping labels, you have 15 days to send the product back to us. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, the exchange request may be voided
Exclusion: As with returns, all signed items are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchanges.
